Introduction

This template was created to serve as a way to help community partnerships think about how to set up their report card and think about what information to include. Throughout the template, there are questions to consider when adding content to the report. This template is only a starting point. It is encouraged that community partnerships tailor their report to fit their community needs.

Include inspirational quote (generic or from a community member).
